Job Overview
The AP Coordinator is a vital role within our organization, responsible for the payment of goods and services purchased by the company. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves sending invoices for approval, working closely with the accounting team to identify fixed assets and monthly accruals, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for mailing corporate check requests, which require special handling instructions and are time-sensitive.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of working knowledge of accounts payable. You should also possess strong intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Oracle. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information.
