Job Description

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of the training process within the assigned plasma collection center.

Responsibilities
  • Follow all SOPs, regulatory policies, and procedures while maintaining current knowledge on SOP changes.
  • Attend staff meetings and other team meetings as required.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment while ensuring sufficient operating supplies are available.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of training experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Consistent work history in other industries is acceptable, but skills will be trained on the job.
  • Ability to coach adult learners and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and confident presenting abilities.
