The Associate Director, Immunology Grants will provide strategic and operational management of independent medical education (IME) grants and fellowships and will serve as a subject matter authority for their assigned therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement medical education plans aligned with medical objectives and need assessments for assigned Immunology disease areas.
  • Partner with Scientific Communications Directors, Medical Directors, and Medical Science Liaisons to identify educational gaps.
  • Conduct external needs assessments to drive strategic decision making and medical education strategy.
  • Own analysis and reporting of outcomes metrics to show program reach and increase in HCP's knowledge.
  • Manage and track the IME budget across assigned disease areas.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS required; Advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years related experience required.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical education industry experience is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) guidelines required.
