The Associate Director, Immunology Grants will provide strategic and operational management of independent medical education (IME) grants and fellowships and will serve as a subject matter authority for their assigned therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical education plans aligned with medical objectives and need assessments for assigned Immunology disease areas.
- Partner with Scientific Communications Directors, Medical Directors, and Medical Science Liaisons to identify educational gaps.
- Conduct external needs assessments to drive strategic decision making and medical education strategy.
- Own analysis and reporting of outcomes metrics to show program reach and increase in HCP's knowledge.
- Manage and track the IME budget across assigned disease areas.
Requirements:
- BA/BS required; Advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years related experience required.
- Pharmaceutical and/or medical education industry experience is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) guidelines required.
