About the RoleThis 13-week contract position offers a competitive pay rate of $2,966 gross weekly pay for 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality CT scans, positioning patients, and operating imaging equipment according to radiation safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Performs complex tasks associated with CT scanner operation and maintenance
- Positions patients for scans using immobilization and protective equipment
- Monitors equipment and patient conditions, making adjustments as necessary
- Assists radiologists with imaging procedures, IV insertion, and contrast injection
- Evaluates scan quality, labels images, and maintains accurate patient records
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- One year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist
- Valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
- A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- Computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
