Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our luxurious rooms and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
