This role is essential for the efficient movement of materials within the warehouse, focusing on both raw and finished products. Candidates should possess experience operating a stand-up deep reach forklift.

  • Accurately pick and organize inventory items while ensuring product integrity.
  • Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to foster a secure workplace.

Equipment Used:

Stand-up deep reach forklift

Physical Demands:

Regular activities include standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the facility. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently is required.

Work Environment:

Temperature conditions may vary, with freezer areas maintained at zero degrees or lower, while the production floor is kept around 40°F. Noise levels may require ear protection in certain areas.

Work Schedule:

This position typically involves five 8-hour shifts, with potential for overtime as necessary. Shifts include:

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Compensation: $22.39/hour
  • Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Compensation: $23.39/hour

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating a stand-up deep reach forklift.
  • Ability to interpret orders for effective picking and staging.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
