Key Responsibilities:
As a Civil Litigation Counsel, your duties will encompass the following:
1. Represent clients in legal proceedings.
2. Prepare and present motions, engage with judges, and oversee a diverse caseload of civil and personal injury matters.
3. Analyze case findings and devise strategic arguments for effective case presentation.
4. Collect evidence and initiate legal actions through client and witness interviews to establish case facts.
5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
6. Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal assistants, delegating tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

4. Experience in personal injury law (plaintiff side).
5. Proven trial experience.
6. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
