Leasing Representative

The Paskin Group is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at Park Place Apartments in Euless, TX. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in marketing our community and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Ensure model apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean and orderly office and work area
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of lease terms, community policies, and current market conditions
• Stay informed on current rental rates, sizes, locations, and property amenities
• Develop ongoing retention programs and assist in the renewal process
• Help maintain all resident and property files and handle resident requests and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
• Assist in collecting delinquent rents and perform other duties as assigned

• Must be able to maintain a regular schedule, including working outside business hours, weekends, and non-traditional holidays
• Ability to walk the property, including climbing stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills
