Job Summary:

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects assigned, providing direction, and ensuring follow-through from beginning to end. This includes monitoring daily tasks, ensuring project schedules are met, identifying risks, and escalating information as needed. The successful candidate will also provide management with reporting of project status and ensure projects are ready for launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage complex and standard projects from inception to implementation
  • Ensure projects are properly documented for a smooth transition to standard operational processes
  • Participate in project meetings involving customers, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Develop improvements to current project management procedures
  • Train Implementation Specialists
  • Provide proper reporting on project status

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Pro-active and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to train Specialists

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ year experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager experience
  • Experience using WorkZone or similar task manager software is a plus
