About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Optometrist to join our Independent Target Optical practice. As an Associate Doctor, you will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist, providing high-quality optometric care and service to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional optometric care and services to patients
  • Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule
  • Participate in a private Independent practice, with Luxottica operating the optical dispensary and the Affiliated Doctor operating the Doctor's office

Compensation and Benefits

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
