• Evaluate patient care needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address functional status, mobility, endurance, and pain management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
• Provide expert physical therapy interventions to promote patient recovery, independence, and well-being.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
