We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Shift Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Western Michigan - Staffing. As a Night Shift Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and perform medication set-ups as needed
- Deliver treatments and provide wound care to patients
- Assist with admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress
- Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality patient care
- Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of illness and disease
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Current LPN or RN license required
- Competitive hourly rates: $35-$37 for LPNs and $39-$42 for RNs
