About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant PRN, you will work under the direction of a physical therapist to implement treatment plans with patients. You will perform components of physical therapy procedures and related tasks selected by a supervising physical therapist. Your responsibilities will include recording patient responses to treatment and reporting to the physical therapist the outcome of each treatment.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans with patients under the direction of a physical therapist
  • Perform components of physical therapy procedures and related tasks
  • Record patient responses to treatment and report to the physical therapist
  • Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification required
  • One year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
