Exterminator Technician

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a dedicated Exterminator Technician to join our team. As a full-time employee, you'll earn a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.

This role involves working Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, typically visiting around 8 customer locations per day. You may be required to work occasional Saturdays, but no nights.

As an Exterminator Technician, your primary responsibilities will include performing thorough exterior inspections and evaluations of customer properties. You'll identify pest control issues and devise customized solutions to meet our customers' needs.

You'll also contribute to our innovative STEPS program by designing custom mosquito control solutions tailored to each client's specific requirements. Our plant-friendly process will be applied to areas around the home where mosquitoes are most likely to land.

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent OR relevant work experience
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record
  • The ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory or agency-required licensing/certification exams
