We are looking for a skilled and committed Staff Pharmacist to join our team at RPh on the Go, specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) mail order pharmacy services. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the safe and effective management of medication dispensing.

Position Details

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (with rotating weekends)

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure precise medication dispensing within a Long-Term Care mail order environment.
  • Review and validate prescriptions for accuracy, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert clinical consultation to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and staff to maintain a smooth workflow and timely medication delivery.
  • Oversee medication inventory management and assist with procurement as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Engage in quality assurance practices to enhance service delivery continuously.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Demonstrated pharmacy experience, ideally in a Long-Term Care or mail order context.
  • License: Valid New Mexico Pharmacy License required.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and capacity to perform efficiently under pressure.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work rotating weekends as part of the scheduled shifts.
