Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, counters, and storage areas.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
