Robo Wrapper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team as a Robo Wrapper. In this role, you will be responsible for wrapping outbound orders in the designated loading zones, ensuring the drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day's deliveries.

• Wrap all outbound orders in compliance with company procedures and standards.
• Build pallets according to preferred methods and wrap from the bottom of the pallet to the top cases to avoid damage during transport.
• Notify a supervisor of any issues or concerns.
• Ensure work is completed in a productive and timely manner, keeping pallets in work area wrapped according to dispatch times and on pace to avoid any hindrance in loader productivity.
• Verify header labels are in the upper right-hand corner for the loader to easily locate.
• Ensure the work area is free of debris at all times and assist loaders by unloading trailers staged in doors that contain pallets, blankets, straps, and any debris left in the trailer.
• Work in extreme temperatures of 100+ degrees and below freezing.
• Ensure the Robo wrappers are clean and in good operational condition at all times, following all safety work practices and maintaining a clean and orderly dock area.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• A minimum of one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to read batch labels.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Team-oriented and able to get along with others.
