KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a positive customer journey by setting clear expectations and guiding clients through the home buying process. Utilize effective questioning techniques to uncover buyer needs.
- Establish a standard of excellence for every interaction with potential clients.
- Conduct business with professionalism and integrity to enhance company reputation and profitability.
- Consistently follow up with leads and clients from initial contact through to closing.
- Prepare the model home prior to showings, ensuring it is welcoming and well-maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in sales offices and model homes, ensuring a pristine environment.
- Stay informed about marketing materials and updates.
- Provide comprehensive tours of model homes, home sites, and community amenities.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with potential buyers and lenders.
- Effectively address sales objections and facilitate the closing process.
- Document all transactions and track the progress of sales and construction.
- Utilize Salesforce for managing customer data.
- Complete and submit required reports and forms in a timely manner.
- Contribute to team goals while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Participate in company meetings as scheduled.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid Florida Real Estate License is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the custom home building industry is essential.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities, with a focus on guiding clients through the sales process.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and custom homebuilding practices is advantageous.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This position involves various physical activities, including walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers and telephones.
- Some driving may be required, including the use of a golf cart.
