Elite Devco, LLC seeks a skilled Dining Server Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our restaurant environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience
• Inform guests about specials and feature items, enhancing their culinary choices
• Answer questions about our food, beverages, and services, showcasing your knowledge and hospitality skills
• Take food and beverage orders, accurately entering them into our point-of-sale system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Perform side work as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our restaurant
• Maintain clean service areas, adhering to health and safety standards
• Monitor guest dining experiences, responding promptly to any requests or concerns
• Prepare bills and present checks to guests at the appropriate time
• Clean and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a welcoming environment for future guests
• Be ready to assist fellow servers as needed, promoting teamwork and efficiency
Requirements:
• Possess excellent verbal and language skills to communicate effectively with guests
• Have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures, including operational functions
• Demonstrate basic math skills, operate a point-of-sale system, and handle money accurately
• Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
• Safely lift and maneuver plates of food and supplies weighing up to 10 pounds
