Soliant is actively looking for a skilled and passionate School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role is focused on supporting students with speech and language difficulties in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose speech and language impairments.
  • Create and execute personalized therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to a diverse student population.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to enhance student outcomes.
  • Track and report on student progress in relation to established goals.
  • Maintain precise and organized documentation in accordance with educational regulations.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations on speech and language requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Current Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
