Seasonal Toll Collector

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Toll Collector to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to motorists, ensuring a safe and efficient toll collection process.

• Collect tolls and provide change to motorists in a timely and courteous manner.
• Operate cash handling equipment and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor traffic lanes and report any safety or security issues to management.
• Provide directions and information to motorists, ensuring a positive experience.
• Perform daily tasks, including counting cash, depositing funds, and completing reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

• 1-2 years of customer service or cash handling experience.
• Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.

• Heavy standing, walking, and sitting required.
• Heavy talking and hearing required.
• Moderate physical effort and computer usage.
• Travel time may be up to 20% of the workday.
