Custodial Substitute Position Overview
The Dixon Unified School District is seeking a dedicated individual to fulfill custodial responsibilities across various facilities. The primary objective is to ensure that all assigned areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of custodial duties to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Maintain an organized and appealing environment for students and staff.
Qualifications:
- Completion of the EdJoin Application is required.
- Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with relevant experience that demonstrates the necessary skills.
- At least one year of experience in custodial work within a building or institutional setting, or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a public school environment is highly regarded.
Licenses and Additional Requirements:
- A valid California Driver's License may be required, along with access to a personal vehicle.
- Completion of Live Scan (fingerprint) is necessary.
- TB Clearance is mandatory.
- Successful completion of a Post-Offer Employment test is required.
