Job Overview:

 Engage in intricate projects with significant influence and extensive planning for Software Engineering. Assess and interpret complex, multi-dimensional Software Engineering challenges that necessitate thorough analysis of various elements, including intangible factors or unprecedented scenarios. Play a key role in addressing intricate and multi-layered situations that require a comprehensive understanding of operational functions, policies, procedures, and compliance standards to achieve project deliverables.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 6 years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Proficiency in managing large, partitioned databases and optimizing queries.
  • Capability to read, write, debug, tune, and maintain extensive, complex queries, including analytic and aggregation clauses.
  • Expertise in PL/SQL, including Oracle Object types and Pipelined Table Functions.
  • Understanding of the Oracle privilege model and the ability to utilize PL/SQL procedures to facilitate specific privileged operations while limiting the privileges of application user accounts.
  • Experience with partition operations and maintenance, including creating, merging, dropping, and exchanging partitions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining large batch processing systems.
  • Familiarity with DBMS_PARALLEL_EXECUTE.
  • Knowledge of partition-based procedural parallelism.
