Job Title: Literacy Coach Elementary

We are seeking a highly qualified Literacy Coach to join our team at Brevard Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing literacy support to elementary students and teachers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide literacy coaching to elementary teachers to improve student reading outcomes
  • Develop and implement literacy programs to support elementary students
  • Collaborate with elementary teachers to design and deliver literacy instruction
  • Assist with literacy assessments and data analysis to inform instruction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with certification in Elementary Education required
  • Three (3) years of classroom experience required
  • Reading Certification required through Reading K-12 Endorsement or Coverage K-12
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Elementary experience preferred
  • Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution preferred
Certifications and Licenses:
  • Valid State Driver's License required
