IFRS Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IFRS expert to join our team at Cascade Ventures. As an IFRS expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our operational audit and consulting teams, as well as representatives in relevant professional committees.

• Analyze and implement requirements from new standards and legislation, creating and updating internal guidelines and explanations.
• Conduct research and contribute to internal and external publications, such as expert opinions, statements, or literature on IFRS accounting.
• Design and implement training programs, creating training materials to support the development of our team members.

• Successful completion of a degree in economics, preferably with a focus on auditing, accounting, and/or finance.
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS and/or experience in operational auditing.
• Independent engagement with current accounting issues, laws, and standards, with a strong interest in continuous professional development.
