Overnight Relief Auditor

The Overnight Relief Auditor position is crucial for maintaining the operational integrity of our hotel. This role is primarily focused on the night shift, requiring a dependable and trustworthy individual to manage various responsibilities.

The Relief Auditor acts as the hotel's representative, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Accurately compute, classify, and record financial data to uphold complete accounting records.
• Data Verification: Confirm the accuracy of figures and postings related to business transactions.
• System Operations: Operate the Property Management System (PMS) while ensuring its security.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute daily corporate and investor reports, as well as morning and end-of-day reports.
• Cash Handling: Maintain and secure the cash bank, ensuring all transactions are documented correctly.
• Record Keeping: Document room statistics and verify the Room Rate Report.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the incoming supervisor regarding assignments and follow-up actions.
• Maintenance Documentation: Note any maintenance needs and submit work orders to management.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in monthly department meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
