BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading provider of home health services, is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This part-time or per diem opportunity allows you to work independently and provide rehabilitative care to clients in their homes throughout Calvert County.
About the Role- As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will perform evaluations, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
- You will continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan, collaborating with other clinicians as needed.
- Your responsibilities will also include educating patients, family members, or caregivers on necessary skills for independent living.
- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland is required.
- Prior experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred, but not necessary.
- Solid computer skills are essential for accurate documentation and data entry.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
