- Patient Education and Coaching: Coach patients on health goals and connect them with relevant resources to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including medical records and insurance reviews, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Remote Work Arrangement: This is a remote position requiring a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday days.
- Ramp-Up Period: $20/hour during the first 2 months.
- Post-Ramp-Up Rate: $22/hour, plus bonus incentives.
- Bonus Incentives: Up to $525 monthly bonus and up to $1000 referral bonus.
