We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Specialized Residential position in the Seven Fields area.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in fulfilling our mission by providing high-quality support services one-on-one with adults in a home or community setting. This includes activities such as preparing meals, administering medication, and providing transportation to work or community activities.

To be successful in this role, you must be motivated to help others, dedicated to providing quality support, and possess excellent communication skills. You will also be responsible for participating in the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals, and assisting and encouraging individuals to engage in various activities in the home and community.
