Job Responsibilities:

Role Summary: The Floor Care Specialist is tasked with maintaining and restoring floor surfaces while effectively operating industrial floor care machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a strong understanding of hard-surface floor maintenance principles and apply appropriate techniques for care, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing.
  • Skillfully operate various industrial floor care machines.
  • Utilize automated cleaning equipment for extensive floor areas.
  • Implement proper methods for carpet and upholstery care, including shampooing, damp cleaning, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
  • Conduct maintenance and restorative tasks for all types of flooring.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in floor care or a related field is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques is required.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols is necessary.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
