Research and Evaluation Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Manager to lead the development and implementation of research and evaluation projects that support the organization's programmatic and policy priorities.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to design and implement research studies, collect and analyze data, and disseminate findings to inform program and policy decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance the organization's mission and goals, and ensure that research and evaluation activities are integrated into all aspects of the organization's work.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in applied research and evaluation design, execution, or oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing qualitative and/or quantitative data for applied purposes.
  • Experience with Excel, SPSS Statistics, Atlas.ti, Condens, or other analytical platforms.
