We are seeking a skilled professional to join NebulaWorks as a Wood Technician / Technical Draftsperson for Ship Insulation Plans and Ship Interior Design. This role involves creating insulation plans, coordinating with related trades, and detailing and drafting for ship interior design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement insulation plans and specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain and update lists for insulation products and equipment
  • Develop and implement constructive solutions to complex design challenges
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a Technical Draftsperson, Technical Product Designer, or Technician
  • Previous work experience in a related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of insulation principles and practices, preferably in shipbuilding and thermal engineering
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Inventor, and/or Siemens NX
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
