Supply Chain Optimization Analyst for Electric Vehicle Battery Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Analyst to join our team at BlueOval SK LLC. in Glendale, Kentucky. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge initiative that will revolutionize the electric vehicle battery industry.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work alongside our talented teams as we build the batteries required for electric vehicle business excellence. With billions invested in Kentucky and Tennessee, including three state-of-the-art battery manufacturing facilities, this is a unique opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team launching the facility from the ground up.
About the Role- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly customer requirements and plan outbound shipments to meet those needs.
- Interface with 3PL warehouse and trucking to support customer requirements.
- C Coordinate shipping plans with 3PL warehouse and internal material handling process coaches and operators.
- C Determine labor, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover short-term production requirements.
- T Track daily shipping status, daily parts follow-up, and min/max reporting to support production schedules.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Material Planning and Logistics, Business Administration, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM certification.
- Experience with inventory cycle count/inventory control.
- Understanding of cycle count procedures and inventory control principles.
