Job Summary

As an Avionics Electrical Systems Technician at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, you will play a critical role in the removal, installation, and fabrication of avionics electrical components, wire harnesses, and electrical systems. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment in accordance with blueprints, worksheets, and engineering drawings.
  2. Maintain accurate logs and records of work completed.
  3. Complete tasks within allotted time frames and ensure that work accomplished meets applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  4. Check all work and ensure a defective-free assembly prior to final inspection.
  5. Comply with the company's FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program, and all safety regulations.
  6. Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Additional Requirements
  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  2. Computer skills and general software knowledge are necessary.
  3. The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language is mandatory.
