About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse - Military Health Readiness Specialist with DOCS Health, you will play a critical role in supporting the health and readiness of military personnel. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in providing high-quality healthcare services to our military partners.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Physical Health Assessments: Support the assessment of military personnel's physical health to ensure they are deployable and ready for service.
- Review Medical Records: Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires to identify any potential health concerns.
- Interview Military Personnel: Conduct interviews with military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns, and identify any immediate concerns that need to be addressed.
- Document Results: Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using our proprietary system.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Certifications: Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
- Additional Requirements:
- Resilience: Capacity to handle high-stress situations and work effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and the public.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude.
