TK Paraprofessional Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team at Adelanto Elementary School District. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional activities and lesson planning.
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
