Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

View Point Health is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Conyers, GA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing psychiatric crisis intervention and stabilization services to adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for adolescents with ASD
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs to ensure compliance with BACB standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior reduction programs
  • Design skill acquisition programs to promote communication, independence, and social skills
  • Provide parental training to ensure consistency of treatment after discharge
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with adolescents with ASD and co-occurring IDD/BH diagnoses
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
