Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and train electrical crews, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Collaborate with customers and contractors to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily progress updates and material management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects, with a strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
- Possession of OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver's license.
- Journeyman license in electrical work, with a preference for Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut licenses.
