As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with high-risk pregnancies, working closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, studies, and lab values to inform patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with high-risk pregnancies
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on diabetes management, high blood pressure, and pre-pregnancy planning
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between inpatient and outpatient settings
- Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as needed
- Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant studies
- 2-4 years of experience in OBGYN and/or Endocrinology and Diabetes
- Current, valid Florida APRN or PA license
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
