Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ortho/Spine Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at Williamson Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Develop individualized care plans and interventions to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to home or further care.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
  • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
  • Assume charge responsibilities and facilitate staff development to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Maintain a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families by promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
Requirements
  • Current nursing license in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS certification.
  • Additional certifications required depending on unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
  • Experience in relevant patient care delivery area preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and function independently.
