Job Summary

Next Move Healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of medical imaging exams for patients of all ages, applying principles, theories, and techniques relevant to their modality to provide reliable test results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic medical imaging exams across various modalities (Radiologic Technology, Mammography, CT, MRI).
  • Apply appropriate principles and techniques to obtain accurate test results.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Lead daily patient workflow and manage department tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
  • Utilize imaging systems and ensure proper functioning of imaging equipment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Technology Program.
  • Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the relevant modality.
  • Current Oregon license or a temporary Oregon permit for recent graduates pending ARRT certification, to be obtained within one year.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Image Wisely pledge certificate (within 30 days of hire, renewed annually by January 30).
  • Image Gently pledge certificate (within 30 days of hire, renewed annually by January 30).
  • Associate's or Bachelors degree preferred.
