About the Role:

  • Join a team of 28 partners in the multispecialty General Surgery Division, specifically with 4 surgeons dedicated to colorectal surgery.
  • Collaborate with fellowship-trained surgeons in minimally invasive, bariatric, critical care, and hepatobiliary subspecialties.
  • Participate in teaching opportunities, academic appointments, and research projects through the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex surgical procedures, including colorectal surgery.
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • IL Medical License or License Pending.
