At Intercept Health, we are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our center-based program, you will work with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities to promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized plans based on client targets and goals, with a focus on decreasing unsafe behaviors and increasing communication and social skills.
  • Observe client skills and collect data to assess their skills and develop program goals.
  • Work collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients and develop their programs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and previous experience working with children.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician credential in good standing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science preferred.
  • Specific experience with children who have Autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or ABA experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay starting at $18 for direct care and increasing based on experience and certification.
  • Indirect care pay range is between $12 and $15 based on experience and certification.
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan.
