Motion Graphics Designer

Progen Industries LLC is a leader in American made power generation equipment, specializing in full design, build, and installation of on-demand powerplants in harsh environments around the world. Our company is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a talented Graphic Motion Designer to join our Engineering department. If you're passionate about creating engaging visual content and have a strong background in Adobe Creative Suite, we'd like to hear from you. Key responsibilities include:

* Creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing projects
* Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines
* Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

* 0-1 year of related experience
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffects, and more
* 3-D animation is a plus
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Good organizational skills that support the team
* Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
* Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
* Ability to follow internal processes for creation, production, and approval of marketing projects
