Job Description

This full-time LPN position offers a competitive salary of approximately $62,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include:

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Implementing physician-prescribed plans of care
  2. Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  3. Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  4. Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation of care provided in our system of record
  5. Providing health promotion, teaching, and training to family members
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • An active, unencumbered LPN license in the state where they will practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
