Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Master Project Manager Plumber to join our team at R & T Yoder Plumbing, Inc in Columbus, OH. As a Master Project Manager Plumber, you will be responsible for managing plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Supervise and train plumbing technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect project progress, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of plumbing field experience.
  • At least knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes.
  • Previous/current DOT certification is a plus.
  • A plus to have knowledge of industrial, medical, or agriculture plumbing systems.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
