The Electrical Maintenance Specialist will focus on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions for electrical and instrumentation challenges within the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of innovative electrical and process control systems, participating actively in project development and system installations.
- Conduct thorough calibrations and inspections of electrical and process control equipment, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
- Set up and configure both hardware and software systems to optimize operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for past, present, and future electrical systems and control configurations.
- Advise management on the procurement of necessary hardware, software, and electrical components to meet production requirements.
- Provide mechanical support for equipment repairs as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in soybean processing or ethanol plant operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Experienced in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong background in project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
