As a Custodial Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing essential cleaning and maintenance tasks at designated facilities within the district. Your duties will include:
- Cleaning various areas such as classrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, and offices.
- Ensuring restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked on a daily basis.
- Executing floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing of various surfaces.
- Washing windows and walls, cleaning whiteboards, and managing waste disposal.
- Arranging furniture and equipment to prepare spaces for daily activities and special events.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid Class C California driver's license along with proof of appropriate insurance as per DMV regulations. Additionally, valid First Aid and CPR certifications may be required.
