About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead our senior living community in Oregon. As a key member of our Solista Senior Living by Cogir team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and services for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all community operations, including financial management, staffing, and day-to-day activities.
  • Develop and implement sales and operations strategies to drive business growth and resident satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of department directors, supervisors, and staff to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and quality of care.
  • Manage the community's budget and cash flow, ensuring financial stability and minimizing negative budget variances.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff and residents, proactively solving problems and issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services, or a combination of education and experience in a supervisory role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Licensed Administrator (if required by state regulations) in good standing, or meet all applicable federal and state license requirements.
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding residents' rights.
  • Successful history of building teams and meeting financial goals.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
