Job Title: Restaurant Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Ambassador to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they feel valued and respected.
  • Manage reservations and accurately quote wait times to provide excellent service.
  • Cater to guests by providing special experiences that exceed their expectations.
  • Escort guests to their table and provide a seamless dining experience.
  • Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return to our restaurant.

Requirements:
  • Focusing on your team and guests - every decision you make should always have the guest and team in mind.

Salary: $12-$15 per hour.
